Shipping and delivery

S.C.A. DEL CAMPO LA CARRERA is obliged to deliver the products purchased by the user, at the adress indicated by the user for this purpose in the order form. In case of omission or error in completing such data, S.C.A. DEL CAMPO LA CARRERA is not responsible for any incovenience caused and the redirection expeses will be borne by the User. In no case will be sent to postal boxes and telephone centres.

Shipments will be made within the territory of Spain, through a courier company. S.C.A. DEL CAMPO LA CARRERA reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is carried out, independently of what is exposed in these pages and provided it does not represent a clear detriment to the user.

The order made by the User will be delivered to the destination within a maximum period of seven (7) working days for peninsular destinations, from the payment of the purchase; with the exception of orders paid by bank transfer in which case the term will be calculated from the issuance via email of confirmation of receipt of the credit in the S.C.A DEL CAMPO LA CARRERA account.. The responsibility on the items is ours until the reception of the shipment by the customer.

In the event that force majeure does not permit the delivery of the order within the established period, S.C.A. DEL CAMPO LA CARRERA undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible of the new scheduled delivery date, leaving S.C.A. DEL CAMPO LA CARRERA, in this case, released from the commitment indicated in the previous section.

If the courier company can’t make the delivery because there is no person to receive the shipment at the indicated destination, the courier company itself will provide instructions to the User to agree on a new delivery date.

At the time of receipt, the User must verify that the order coincides in quantity and type of product with the requested. If there is any discrepancy, the user should contact our facilities at telephone number +34 953 75 05 48.

In none of the selected delivery modalities there will be additional shipping costs on the final purchase price.
